2010 new employee training meeting is successfully concluded Edit Date：2010/09/21

On Sep 19, 2010, GDE hold the training meeting for the new 38 employees on the first meeting room.

General Manager, Mr. Chen and deputy manager Mr. Xu made an important speech to express their expectation about the new employees: they should have an active team spirit and working style of GDE culture, by fully understanding the company system and rules, history and organization, work flow and company culture.

And then, general engineer Mr. Li and deputy engineer Mr. Li introduce the development history, prospect and relevant regulations separately. They explained the salary and welfare system related the new employees. Also the design flow and work plan are presented to have them a first comprehension.

In the training meeting, all the new employees not only identify the company culture by knowing the company basic situation, but also get acquaint with each other and establish a corporation basic.

The work skills of employees are increased by their continuous study and enterprising spirit in practice. GDE hope them could demonstrate their abilities, contribute to company and grow health in GDE.
