Love small and big family – 2018 Parent-child Family Day Edit Date：2018/12/28

       On 15th Dec, GDE “2018 Parent-child Family Day” was hold with warm sunshine winter. This activity was to make staffs and their family happy via joining in games. Families of staffs were welcome to the company and staffs and their families proactively participated in this activity to refine the relationship between family and work.

       At 9.30 am, staffs and their families came to GDE one after the other. After a simple registration, children collected quest cards for theme photography and Polaroid and began the games. Looking at the photo of family and oneself, children, children felt the day novel. Games included “Nimble”, “Treasure hunt”, “Sharp shooter”, “Hundred responses to one call”, “Lasso”, “Blindfold”, “Red bird”, “Making friends”, which were elaborate parent-child games. The games were not only interesting, but also simple. They attracted children’s playing heart and relaxed parents from tight working. Among those games, “Making friends” was a distinctive one. Children should take a group photo with other 5 new friends, who just knew each other on the day. This game was to let them learn and enjoy making friends. Not only own families but also other families joined together in this activity to encourage the communication between staffs and family members and to feel kindness and friendship in this “GDE family.

       Novel quest cards, interesting games and abundant presents made children experience a happy day. Parents were chatting, or rambling company environment, or visiting department and position. Staff family members learned more about the working environment and hardworking of their child, husband, wife or parents, and about the concern and love from GDE via this activity.

       If, staff family is a “small family” then the company is a “big family”. Via the family day and various familiar activities, family members learnt more about and supported each other. Then “small family” became more peace and “big family” more harmony. Only at this harmonious atmosphere, staffs are able to love their life and work more and to dedicate themselves to development of the company without hesitation. 。
