GDE Annual Working Conference in 2020 Edit Date：2020/01/22

       GDE Annual Working Conference in 2020 was held from 6th to 7th Jan, 2020 with company leaders and heads of departments participating with.
       The objective of the Conference was to conclude the work done in 2019, analyze company operation status, industrial situation and development trend and arrange the working undertakings to be completed in 2020.

       General Manager Zhang Qing Made the Report

       Firstly General Manager Zhang made the report, summarizing the operation of company and various engineering department in 2019, deeply analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each department. He encouraged departments to find the right direction, catch opportunities and solve problems.

       Signing Liability Statement for Performance Evaluation in 2020

       Meanwhile, operational goal in 2020 was defined in the Report and Manager Zhang signed Liability Statements for Performance Evaluation in 2020 with departments.

       Manager Zhang Gave a Party Lecture to Participants

       After the signing ceremony, Secretary of Party Committee Zhang Qing gave a Party Lecture, titling “Keeping original intention and mission in mind; holding courage to act; seizing the day and live it to the full; and driving quality and sustainable development of company” to the participants. The lesson emphasized to improve political stance and development.

       Report by Company Leaders

       Then all deputy general managers made the report about their own scope of work and prospect the future work.
       Heads of engineering departments made speech about their departments. Deputy Chief Engineers of various discipline made speech about their working condition, quality and technology management, discipline development, industrial development and so forth.

       Chairman Lin Lin Made Conclusion

       Chairman Lin Lin fully affirmed the reports done in the Conference and achievements made in 2019 by GDE. She mentioned that shortages and issues should be spotted among those significant achievements. She stated that advantageous business should be kept and traditional business should not be abandoned as we should spot risk from advantages and find development from risks; in technology and quality aspect, personnel training and research should be enhanced to create proprietary technology. Eventually she hoped that with new leadership team operation and company solidarity, quality and safety of GDE could be maintained and GDE could strictly follow strategy of Group and Stock Company to develop actively EPC business, extend oversea business and achieve better performance in New Year.
