Building of Guangzhou Shuangqiao Company Annual 1 Million ton Starch Sugar Series Products Project Has Been Topped Out Edit Date：2021/06/29

       On 29th June, building of Guangzhou Shuangqiao Company annual 1 million ton starch sugar series products project, which was engineered by GDE has been topped out successfully in Hengli Industrial Park, Nansha District, Guangzhou.

       It was reported that the total occupied area of the project was about 119,000 square meters, with a floor area of 141,000 square meters. 10 production lines were planned to built in 2 phases. In the first phase, production lines and supporting buildings for starch and sugar products with an annual output of 600,000 tons will be constructed. After the completion of the second phase, the total annual output will reach 1 million tons of starch sugar products. The production process is traditional double-enzyme method, which generates starch syrup through enzymatic reaction, with filtering, refining, concentrating and evaporation.

       At present, the project has the largest planned capacity of liquid starch sugar within a single building in China, and has been listed in top 500 modern industry projects of Guangdong Province, Aggressive Project of Guangzhou City and Essential Project of Nansha District. Completion of the project is of great significance to promote the economic prosperity and development and social stability of Nansha area, which facilitates to exploring the experience model that can be copied and developed, and plays a positive role in promoting the optimization of starch sugar industrial, technical, organizational and product structure. GDE as the designer, strictly followed national codes and standards, and completed project design and drawing review work with high quality and efficiency, to make required contribution to the implementation of project.
