Zhao Guoang, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Haisum Group And His Delegation Visited GDE for Investigation & Instruction Edit Date：2021/09/27

       On 27th Sep, Zhao Guoang, Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of Haisum Group and Chief Economist of Poly Sinolight Group, Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee and President of Haisum Group, Li Yimin, Secretary of Discipline Committee, and other heads from headquarter visited GDE for investigation & instruction and had a forum with GDE’s leader team.

       During the forum, Luo Jun, Secretary of Party Committee and General Manager of GDE, on behalf of the company leader team, reported the operation status in the first 3 quarters as well as key project progress and mainly presented thought and plan for achieving the revolution of performance assessment and of organization, technical innovation as goals during “the 14th 5-plan” period; two transformation targets “Engineering transformation” and “Digital transformation, emphasizing the power accumulation for being an intelligent company.

       After the report, leaders of Haisum Group discussed the situation and gave advices for GDE development plan.

       President Chen mentioned that:

       In the process of development, GDE should avoid falling into the trap of talent quality and inertia development. It should always be highly sensitive to market changes and pay attention to energetic construction of talent team to meet the needs of market development. We should face the situation of service product homogeneity and meager profit of the traditional industry; should keep the consciousness of being prepared to change, ready to turn. A continuous leading engineering company must have its digital survival ability. The opportunity from digital revolution should caught to in advance drive into fast-track lane of high quality development to ensure the goal of a better life with wisdom engineering.

       Finally, Chairman Zhao, affirmed the work done by GDE in the first 3 quarters, and gave important instructions for the next stage of development. He required that:

       Firstly, we should focus on the future, sort out the business development situation, allocate resources reasonably, clarify and gradually achieve the goals from various stages step by step. Secondly, we should continue to maintain the tradition of "continuous innovation and integrated technology" and accelerate the pace of digital transformation while maintaining the original business volume. Thirdly, we should ensure the steady growth of performance indicators, especially keep funds safe and under control, and strictly complete the recovery of accounts receivable as the plan; Fourthly, we should strengthen the communication and contact with each brother company, learn from each other, keep going together, with the indomitable momentum and strength to jointly develop new new markets at home and abroad, as a brilliant achievement of the "14th five-year" achievement list of Haisum Group. After the forum, leaders from Haisum respectively interviewed middle and high level leaders of GDE in groups for investigation.
