Battle in the 4th Quarter, Milestone Victories Have Been Achieved for Multiple Company’s Projects Edit Date：2021/12/11

 Synchronization with the Grid Have Been Successfully Completed in a Single Attempt for General Contracting Project of Dengzhou Domestic Waste to Energy

       At 17:19 on 11th, December, the steam turbine of Dengzhou Domestic Waste to Energy project was successfully running in a single attempt. After intense continuous commissioning, the unit was successfully synchronized with the grid at 0:26 on December 12th, which made a solid step towards the project goal of achieving standardized operation by the end of the year.

       The capacity of the project is daily 1500 ton domestic waste. From the date of the construction, the company project team overcame difficulties such as Covid-19 outbreak, maintained quality, quantity and progress of the project and under the tight schedule broke through multiple milestones. The “72 + 24 hours” trial run is expected to be launched on 20th December. As the total construction period is less than 12 months, with the efforts of all project members, the whole construction period has been nearly 70 days ahead of the original schedule, which has delivered a satisfactory result to the Client. Once the project has been formally put into operation, it will fully assist Dengzhou City to achieve the goal of harmlessness, recycling and reduction of the waste.

 The 1st Batch of Waste Entered Linxia Domestic Waste to Energy Plant

       On 10th December, the 1st batch of waste entered the site of Linxia Domestic Waste to Energy Plant, EPC contracted by GDE, and witnessed by all constructing parties.

       The construction of Linxia Domestic Waste to Energy project began on 1st April, 2020. The project department members overcame various negative effects such as Covid-19 outbreak, tremendous rising of raw materials price, bad weather, winter break and took various effective measures to speed up the progress, with good quality, which led 75 days ahead of the contract schedule.

       The entrance of the first batch of waste marked that a stage victory of the project had been achieved, as a stable foundation for the “72+24 hours” trial operation as well as formal operation by the end of year.

 The Entrance of the 1st Batch of Waste Has Been Done for DB Contracting Project of Puyang County Domestic Waste to Energy Plant

       On 6th December, the entrance of the 1st batch of waste has been done for DB Contracting Project of Puyang County Domestic Waste to Energy Plant, which led a key step towards synchronization with the grid.

       In order to ensure the Client’s goal of power generation by the end of year, the project team flexibly adjusted plans at all levels, arranged procedures, determined milestones, and endeavored to overcome the force majeure factors such as Zhengzhou epidemic and Henan flood. The team successfully advanced the construction period by three months, and completed all tasks assigned by the Client with high quality and efficiency. In the next stage, the project department of the company will continue to work together with other participating parties in order to ensure the goal of “72+24 hours” trial operation completed by the end of the year.

 EPC project of Zhuhai Yuhai Power Heating Boiler Expansion Has Entered 72-hour Trial Run Stage

       On 10th December, after intense 7-month design and installation, the project team completed various work of the project including pressure test of boiler, boiler ignition, baking and boiling and steam pipe blowing. Steam synchronization was done between main steam pipe and steam header of the plant and heat supply was started then. The project entered 72-hour trial run stage.

       During the construction, installation and commissioning, the project team fully demonstrated the hard-working and pragmatic work style, which was praised by the supervision and the Clients.

 Pressure Test Has Been Passed within a Single Attempt for Thermal Network of Jiangmen Zhuxi New Material Project

       On 13th October, the pressure test of thermal piping of EPC project for Distributed Energy Station supporting Jiangmen Zhuxi New Material Zone was successfully carried out. Now the project has entered the final stage of defects elimination, and pipeline purge is planned to be carried out on 26th December 26 and completed by the end of the year.

       The thermal piping installation of the project was started on 6th May 2021. With joint efforts of the company project team and other constructing parties, various negative effects such as unpunctuality and mistakes of goods supply and rainy weather were overcome. Within only 5 months, pressure test of thermal piping was completed. During the test, no cracking, deformation and water leakage occurred thus the test has been done successfully with a single attempt.

 EPC Project of Wenzhou Kuailu Group Binhai Park Workshop Relocation Has Been Formally Put into Operation

       On 8th December, the opening ceremony of Wenzhou Kuailu Group Binhai Park Workshop Relocation EPC Project, contracted by GDE, was held. And the formal operation of Zhejiang Kuailu Biotechnology Co., Ltd, wholly owned by Wenzhou Kuailu Group, was announced.

       The total investment of the project was RMB 210 million with total construction area 62500 m2 and annual capacity 15000 ton compound seasoning including monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and other condiments. This is the largest local seasoning production base in Wenzhou.

 72+24-hour Trial Run of the 4th Unit Was Passed for Guangzhou the 7th Resource Thermal Power Plant

       On 5th December, 72+24-hour trial run of the 4th unit was passed for Guangzhou the 7th Resource Thermal Power Project, designed by GDE and the certificate ceremony was held in the project control center.

       The project was invested and built by Guangzhou Environmental Protection Investment Group Co., Ltd with daily waste processing capacity 3000 ton. Advanced BIM forward technology was applied for the service of project full lifecycle.

 Topping-out of Food Processing Building Has Been Completed for Bei Da Huang (Greater Bay Area) Ecological Industrial Town Project

       On 26th November, topping-out of Food Processing Building Has been completed for Bei Da Huang (Greater Bay Area) Ecological Industrial Town Project, designed by GDE. This marked as the stage victory of the project and further accelerated the project progress.

       Bei Da Huang (Greater Bay Area) Ecological Industrial Town Project is located in Nansha District, Guangzhou with total investment RMB 420 million, land area 36000 m2, total construction area 104000 m2, which is a key project of Nansha and of Guangzhou in 2021; as well as the key base of pioneer in Greater Bay Area, planned by Bei Da Huang Group.

       GDE, as the designer, will keep cooperating with Bei Da Huang Company in the following construction procedure and push forward the project progress and dedicated to working for the project.

 Feasibility Study Report of Ganyu Construction Waste Treatment Project, Contracted by GDE, Has Been Approved

       On 7th November, Feasibility Study Report of Ganyu Construction Waste Treatment Project, contracted by GDE, has been approved on the expert review meeting held by Jiangsu Lian Yun Gang City Ganyu District Urban Authority.

       The total investment of the project is RMB 152.5042 million with total land area about 57125.5 m2. PPP mode is used for the project, building a construction waste treatment center, processing waste 250000 ton annually. The approval of the report further promoted harmlessness, reduction and recycling against construction waste in Ganyu, created favorable conditions for the local sustainable development, and laid a foundation developing social and environmental benefits of the project. Meanwhile, the approval also showed the full affirmation of GDE’s quality consulting service, which would encourage the company to strive forward in full-process consulting service.
