 1、Won the bid for the second phase design project of the Fengxing Milk production and R&D base

       Recently, GDE won the bid for the second phase design project of the Fengxing Milk production and R&D base of Guangzhou Fengxing Milk Co., Ltd., which is another cooperation with the company after completing the phase I EPC project.

       The second phase of the Fengxing Milk production and R&D base project is located in Shitan Town, Zengcheng District, Guangzhou, adjacent to the first phase of the project. The project covers an area of 105237.9m2 and a building area of 123046.15m2. The overall plan of phase II design is to produce 80000 tons of pasteurized milk and 50000 tons of ice cream annually.

       The project puts forward high requirements for “green environmental protection, energy conservation and low carbon, advanced concept”. GDE will always adhere to the core value concept of “respect, pragmatism, green, innovation and excellence”, spare no effort to do the design work of the project, give back to the society and customers with first-class technology and services, and build the project into a flagship factory of Fengxing Milk.

 2、Won the bid for 150000t/a beverage project of Lulu Plant Beverage (Chun’an) Co., Ltd

       Recently, after the notification of award of Lulu Co., Ltd. was announced, our company successfully won the bid for 150000t/a beverage project of Lulu Plant Beverage (Chun’an) Co., Ltd

       The project is designed to have an annual capacity of 150000 tons, mainly consisting of Lulu vegetable protein series tablets, juice series and functional water beverage series PET packaging (aseptic). It is proposed to install four production lines to meet the functional requirements of Lulu series drinks, such as raw material storage, production and processing, finished product storage, logistics and transportation, sewage treatment, auxiliary rooms, offices, quality inspection, canteens, visits, staff dormitories, etc., and make overall planning, adjust measures to local conditions, and make reasonable layout.

       The project requires professional, comprehensive and in-depth design to avoid secondary design and in-depth design.  3、Winning the bid of LONGEVITY BAMA water source protection and utilization design project

       Recently, GDE won the bid for the design of LONGEVITY BAMA water source protection and utilization project. With the concept of digital intelligence, green low-carbon, energy conservation and environmental protection, the project team provides customers with high-tech, efficient and high-quality digital solutions by planning a new production line, lean logistics system and automation equipment, and using BIM three-dimensional forward mapping; Combine advanced process lines, efficient intelligent production line configuration, and perfect environmental control and safety facilities to create an economic, energy-saving, stable and efficient mineral water industry demonstration project.

 4、Signed the EPC project for energy saving and carbon reduction of steam turbine units of Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd

       The project adopts the EPC general contracting mode, including engineering design (construction drawing design, as built drawing), project management, equipment and material procurement, supply and transportation, loading and unloading and storage, civil engineering construction, installation engineering construction, single machine commissioning, handling of use registration certificate for special equipment, technical services, after-sales warranty services, and cooperating with the tenderee in commissioning, personnel training, etc.

 5、Hebei Yanjing Beer Co., Ltd. held the commissioning ceremony for the phase III technical transformation project of improving quality and efficiency

       At 10:00 a.m. on August 16, 2024, the commissioning ceremony of Hebei Yanjing Beer Co., Ltd.’s phase III technical transformation project for improving quality and efficiency was grandly held in the new finished product warehouse of this phase. The project is invested and constructed by Hebei Yanjing Beer Co., Ltd., and our company is responsible for the overall design.

       The project uses the existing land of the factory to build a new workshop for class E light steel structure packaging finished products. The workshop is 93 meters long from south to North and 98 meters wide from east to west, covering an area of 8275.20 m2 and a total construction area of 9527.60 m2.

       Hebei Yanjing Beer Co., Ltd. quality and efficiency improvement phase III technical transformation project is to promote the automation and informatization upgrading of the company’s production equipment, optimize the high-end product structure of the plant, realize the self production of Yanjing U8 beer, optimize the high-end product structure of the plant, improve the profitability and anti market impact ability of the plant, and lay the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of Hebei plant.
