“Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Can Respond” | GDE Fully Launches the “Safety Production Month” Activity Edit Date：2025/06/09

       This June marks the 24th National “Safety Production Month”. To deeply implement the work requirements for safety production, further enhance the safety awareness of all employees, improve safety management levels, and build a solid safety production defense line for GDE, the headquarters of GDE and its affiliated project sites have recently organized the launching ceremony for the 2025 “Safety Production Month” activity. The activity ensures that safety concepts are deeply rooted in the hearts of employees through various forms, such as mobilization meetings, banner signing, and emergency drills, laying a solid foundation for GDE’s safety production work.

       On June 9th, GDE headquarters held the 2025 “Safety Production Month” launch meeting around the theme of “Everyone Talks about Safety, Everyone Can Respond - Identify Safety Hazards Around You”. The meeting conveyed the relevant document spirit of superior safety production, organized a collective viewing of the safety accident warning education film Please Keep Safety in Mind, and deployed the key work for the Safety Production Month. Members of GDE’s leadership team and heads of various departments attended the meeting.

       Li Zhenzhou, Secretary of GDE’s Party Committee, Chairman, and General Manager, put forward four requirements for safety production work:

       1.Raise political stance and firm up the development concept of safety production. It is necessary to deeply study and implement the important discussions on safety production by General Secretary Xi Jinping, resolutely implement the decision-making arrangements and work requirements of the superior company regarding the Safety Production Month activity, deploy, inspect, and assess safety and production simultaneously, and resolutely hold the bottom line of “zero accidents”.

       2.Focus on the activity theme and comprehensively improve the safety quality of all employees. It is necessary to closely focus on the activity theme, carry out in-depth warning education, emergency drills, hazard investigation, and safety culture publicity activities in various forms with rich contents, effectively internalize safety concepts in the mind and externalize them in actions, and run through the daily thoughts and specific work of each employee.

       3.Strengthen responsibility implementation and build a long-term mechanism for safety production. It is necessary to further refine the safety production responsibility system for all employees, fully implement the “project manager responsibility system”, fully rely on the HSE information platform, use scientific and technological means to empower the work of safety hazard investigation and treatment, and implement “zero tolerance” management for various safety production accidents and illegal operations.

       4.Adhere to drawing inferences from one case and solidly do a good job in safety production of overseas projects. It is necessary to attach great importance to overseas safety production work, strengthen the safety supervision and management of overseas projects, grasp the safety risk control of key links, and scientifically and systematically do a good job in overseas emergency management combined with local characteristics.
