       On August 5th, Poly Group Party Committee Member and General Manager Assistant, Poly China Light Party Secretary and Chairman An Shengjie, Deputy General Manager Jiang Hao, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant Duan Zhaoqing, Deputy General Manager Cai Muyi, Chief Engineer Cao Chunyu and other leaders Visiting the company for research work, the Chief Economist of Poly China Light, Zhao Guoang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Haisum Co., Ltd., and Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, accompanied the research.

       At the research meeting, Luo Jun, secretary of the GDE’s party committee, chairman and general manager, reported the company’s development history, the “14th Five-Year Plan” strategic development goals, production and operation, the composition and development of major business segments, party building, market development, technological innovation, Digital transformation, lean management and other work and the focus of the next step.

       An Shengjie had in-depth exchanges with members of GDE’s leadership team and middle-level cadres, affirmed the development ideas and work progress of Guangzhou Company, and put forward five requirements:

       The first is to focus on the national strategy and continue to expand the market. On the basis of consolidating the original traditional light industry, we should combine with the “double-carbon” economy, accelerate the market development and deepening of the layout of new energy, new materials, environmental protection and other industries, and broaden the business track.

       The second is to strengthen technological innovation and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Technological innovation should be placed at the core of production and operation, and technological innovation should be regarded as an important support for promoting the high-quality and sustainable development of enterprises, so as to further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.

       The third is to establish bottom-line thinking to prevent and resolve major risks. GDE should attach great importance to the risk prevention of overseas business. While actively exploring overseas markets, GDE should constantly improve the risk resistance ability of overseas business, and establish and improve the risk prevention mechanism.

       The fourth is to increase the training of young talents to empower high-quality development. GDE shall continue to promote the construction of team rejuvenation, build a good thinking and education platform, exercise platform and innovation platform for young employees, lead young people to contribute their youth strength in the fields of new materials, new energy and new technology, and realize the common development of young employees and enterprises.

       The fifth is to adhere to the leadership of the Party and realize “double integration and double promotion”. It is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the Party, adhere to the deployment and arrangement of the Party building work and business work, and strive to achieve deep integration and mutual promotion of the Party building and innovation work.
