 GDE successfully won the bid of Guangdong Swire Coca-Cola Greater Bay Area Intelligent and Green Production Base Project

       Recently, GDE successfully won the bid of Guangdong Swire Coca-Cola Greater Bay Area Intelligent and green production base project, and will provide design services for the project.

       The project is a relocation and expansion project of the existing Guangdong Swire Coca-Cola Co., Ltd. Factory. The new factory is located in Yonghe Town, Huangpu District, Guangzhou city, covering an area of about 94,151 ㎡, with an estimated construction area of 116,017 ㎡. The overall planning of the project is an annual capacity of 1.6 million tons of drinks, with a total of 13 beverage packaging lines.

 GDE successfully signed a contract of Shanghai Rukun R & D headquarters project

       Recently, the concept scheme of Shanghai Rukun R & D headquarters project designed by GDE stood out among many schemes after competition, and GDE successfully signed the project.

       The project is located in Beicai Industrial Community, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, with a planned land area of about 6,614 ㎡ and a planned total construction area of about 19,842 ㎡, including the experimental research and development area and the office area. The design services including landscape design, fine decoration, intelligent design, green building, and lighting, etc. After the project is completed, it will become one of the landmark buildings in the place.

       The successful signing of the contract is due to our rich industry design experience, good contract performance capabilities, professional service and lean management capabilities.
